What is BTSwitch?
BTSwitch is a very simple
utility that enables toggling the Bluetooth Radio on Windows Mobile Devices. It
has no GUI and its main objective is to let you assign a hardware button for
launching it (typically under Settings->Personal->Buttons).
The Application turns Bluetooth
on or off and exits (it does not reside in memory).
By default the on status is set
to Connectable mode, not Visible (or Discoverable) mode. This should be
sufficient for connecting to any paired Bluetooth device (such as a hands free
device). If from some reason you wish to change this to become Visible mode
you can launch BTSwitchSettings, found under the BTSwitch installation folder
(typically \Program Files\BTSwitch) and select the required option.
